If Chelsea can’t give their coach time to stabilize, then I think they will just have to keep on changing coaches. You can’t expect a coach to join a team and be able to correct all the mistakes in the club instantly. Definitely, he will need time to get things right. Towards the end of last season, Pochettino was getting things right, but Chelsea management were not just satisfied with his performance, and they couldn’t give him more time just to make sure he get everything right for the club. If Enzo Marasca couldn’t meet Chelsea's expectations next season, he should be given more time, they shouldn’t just sack him because of his performance in a season.
The problem with Chelsea is within them because I don't know the type of manager they really want again. Last season Pochettino was able to start getting the club performance back, and things were changing for good, but unfortunately they sack him. I don't think they want to sign a manager that will get them a trophy once they come, which will be kind of difficult because any coach must take some time before they get used to a team, and also the players need to get used to the coach's method of play before they can know how good a coach is; they must give them enough time, so I doubt if Chelsea will be better if they continue changing coaches every season.
