Hey mate, It is a simple matter that the more you gamble, the more negative results you will get and the more you will lose. The longer you are in gambling the more you have to bet and the more you are either in profit or loss. Yes, but one thing you didn't mention is whether you originally took up gambling as a source of income or as entertainment. It was terrible for you if you took it as income and fine for you if you took it as entertainment but you were unfortunately addicted to excessive gambling. But at the end you mentioned that the less time you spend on gambling the more it brings you positive results i.e. the more you refrain yourself the better it is for you mentally and it will bring positive results for you financially as well.
