Withdrawals work well for me, the problem here is the non-existent support, so if you have the slightest problem, no one can help you.
Do you have 2FA activated?
Did you make the withdrawal to your profile address?
If you have enabled 2FA or you withdraw the fund to your profile address, you don't need to confirm your withdrawal via email and you should be able to withdraw your fund.
