A coach is the one managing the player’s, so he should be in charge of that. A coach should be given the opportunity to sign or sell any player he wants, not the management. If the management wants to select players for a coach, then the team might not play well.
Yes, but Chelsea's new ownership is yet to understand that which is probably why they are just changing managers because they are yet to get the perfect manager for the job maybe due to their agreement. The coach is supposed to control any player in the team, and his orders are also needed whenever the team signs a new player, and any team management that will not go with that, I think his team will keep losing.
