No, mostly new users are required to (KYC) and meanwhile old user before they force KYC before playing the game still can play and access without KYC. It's has been discussion with 1-2 years ago.

Level 1 & 2 it's should be easy, usually faster. Meanwhile Level 3 & 4 it's the hard one, especially while you are non-US player.
