It is not due to your net connection or IP issues, it is the site itself. I can load fast other casino sites but their site is not loading at all. It may be because they are new and they are still trying to fix their problems. But if they are running a contest with such huge amount, then, they should have no problem fixing their site asap.

So I came back to try again after 12 hours from my post, and it's still not loading. What is this, OP? Are you still trying to continue running your business? In situations like this, you need to inform your potential gamblers about what is happening. At least make some announcement here since it has been hours already and the site is still down.

Tried accessing the website from my end here but it is not coming up. Maybe the website is still under maintenance. Let is wait for the OP to update us on the further development they have achieved so far pending when we can access the website and see for ourselves what they were up to.
I have some few questions for OP, I have read through till this post I likely have not seen any comment relating to KYC, I had to look the OP again to see if anything relating to KYC on the introduction but none,  correct me if I am mistaken. What is the KYC policy of the casino like?
