Well you have a point but what am actually saying is that Manchester City winning the Premier League again would make the Premier league look somehow mediocre but am speaking from ny perspective though and if i would like anything else it would be for another team to be winners of  the league maybe arsenal or even other team to atleast heat up the tension in the league.

Yeah we understand what you mean, the Premier League is the most competitive league for decades so if a team can win the title 5-6 times in a row, it means that the competitive title is no longer worthy of the Premier League the meaning is the same as Ligue 1 which is dominated by PSG and Bundesliga which is mostly dominated by Bayern Munich. I've said it since last season that we would have liked to see another team win the title but unfortunately Manchester City managed to take over towards the end of the season.
Manchester City success in winning the Premier League trophy four times in a row was due to the setbacks experienced by its competitors such as Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham, they failed to appear as consistent as Arsenal. In my opinion, next season the competition for trophies will be even more competitive, so that if Manchester City makes even a small mistake, their dominance can be broken. Pep Guardiola must put serious thoughts into next season, because last season they were very lucky because only Arsenal was their main competitor. It is possible that Arsenal will be able to overtake Manchester City next season, and will end their title drought for more than two decades.
Currently in EPL, Manchester City is the strongest and they have being with their coach Pep for Avery long time as he was the one that revived the club and made it as strong as it is now. The bind is very tight between the players and the coach is in a good relationship with the players making it easy for them to understand each other.

This is why I don't think that any club will be able to win the title next season apart from Arsenal if only they can be more determined and stay focused than last season. The rest clubs will only try their best but City will still remain the superior until Pep leaves the club.
A close relationship between players and coaches is really needed to create close chemistry and be able to implement every strategy that the coach can always provide.
Maybe that's the only reason Man City has been able to achieve success with Pep Guardiola so far and it's one of the best ways a club can give freedom and opportunities to coaches.

I agree with you that only Arsenal currently has the biggest chance of replacing Man City in the future to win the Premier League title, but it all depends on Arsenal management whether they can still give Arteta a chance.
Arteta has been able to provide 2nd place for the last 2 seasons which can be proof that Arteta can be successful with Arsenal.
