This casino was launched on the forum just a little over 24 hours ago and responded very fast to the first replies they got on the thread. I think we should cut them some slack if they are inactive for some hours, this is the weekend and they probably have other channels of communication which they have been using for a long time now and prioritize over this forum.
When they get more used to the forum they can set up a telegram not and request to be notified of each new reply on this thread.
They may not be used to this platform hence their absence for over 12 hours. I think they would soon be conversant with how things are done here after some time. Although it is the weekend even then the representative should know that the thread they created is new and coupled with the fact that their casino is new here, there would be some prospective clients interested to hear from them how things work in their casino and to say the least, the casino is down which would raise concerns amongst members here so this alone should make the rep very much active because, from the looks, the reps name matches the casino which likely means that the rep might likely be a team member who should be constantly and regularly be updating the platform and responding to concerns from members here since they are members of the casino if I am not mistaken.
