What countries would those be? Bitcoin and digital currencies generally are perfectly legal to buy, sell and hold in the United States. There is basically nothing stopping any US resident from doing anything they want. How can you construe that as "unfriendly to crypto"?

I think your first sentence explains your second one: you just hate the United States, and so every bad thing that comes to your mind will be attributed to our country. You are welcome to your opinion about the USA, but that doesn't mean you get to make up facts out of thin air.
