Xavi had a tough gig at Barca. The club was losing money, hence his hands were tied when it counted most. Dude was coaching with one hand behind his back; some of the losses were not his responsibility. Hansi's in and there is hope. Dude is a grinder, constantly demanding more and wringing every bit of ability out of his players. Howeover, This ain't Bayern, and Flick's way isn't exactly the Barca way. He will need time to work out how his square peg fits Barca's round hole. With this team and the current state of the finances, miracles are not occurring over night. Real Madrid also isn't getting any weaker either. At start, the route will be rough, but if they provide Flick time, Barca might become a force to consider once more. I'm curious to see where Hansi takes 'em
We can't currently predict about this where is this club going under new coach Hansi Flick because Xavi done good job with available sources, and he was really man to do things as these were needed, but Hansi Flick is having no experience to do things as they need to be done here at the Barcelona he is having good experience of working with Bayern Munich which is one of the best finances having in the soccer world even mostly are feeling things will be not well under control, but we have to wait for this.

For me most chances we will have no positive hope for this club in near future because we have to understand things are not ideal and as we have before the arrival of the Xavi under Koeman things will be on same level with the new coach which is going to start his new job in difficult conditions.

You should trust Hansi Flick, he is a name worth looking forward to. The 59-year-old coach's success record includes 7 titles in less than 2 years of leading Bayern. Including 1 Champions League championship in 2019/20.
Last season, Barcelona under the leadership of Xavi was completely empty-handed. Therefore, coach Hansi Flick's task is to help Barcelona rebuild the squad, to compete with Real Madrid for the La Liga championship next season. Because next season promises to be even more difficult for Barcelona when Real Madrid has many strong additional forces like Mbappe and Endrick. It won't be easy at all. Hansi Flick will have a hard time and will need the patience of the management and the fans because it is a really difficult job. Whether Hansi Flick succeeds or fails, a large part of the responsibility also belongs to the Barcelona management board. Will the management board meet his requirements when adding quality contracts to the team?
