To be fair, I would say that Kompany is no match for Bayern in name. Regardless, this is still an interesting combination. If they focus on young players then Kompany can develop that. There are still many doubts about Kompany's ability, but he is currently still receiving the absolute support of Bayern's Board of Directors. The proof is that they quickly brought in quality recruits for the Belgian strategist. If these contracts can be completed, Bayern will have a very strong super squad with a completely new look as a foundation for Coach Kompany to be able to compete in all competitions. If coach Kompany can grasp the pulse of the players and know exactly what will happen on the field. I completely agree. He will bring success to Bayern.
I agree Vincent Kompany and Bayern Munich might not be an obvious match but it could be great combination. Kompany is good at developing young players so we might see some new talent emerge. Some people doubt Kompany abilities( me too) but Bayern leadership team believes in him and has already signed some top players to support him. If Kompany can use these new players well Bayern will have strong team that can compete against best. If Kompany can connect with his players and make smart decisions I think he will be successful. His ability to understand the team and make decisions based on facts will be crucial.
I'm sure Kompany is working hard for Bayern right now and is thinking about how he can build the team in the best possible way. If we are talking about this, I am sure he is aware that he needs to be better to think about his future and clarify some things. That's why Bayern wants a good future with Kompany and I hope he achieves his goal. If Kompany is a coach who can do this, he will be someone who can coach in the football world for many years.
