The spreadsheet shows that the total rewards is above 4K $ACI tokens. I’m not sure what’s the market price use to determine the price of the token but typically they are using the IDO price is high since the token price dump immediately right after it was listed on exchange.
You should provide proof that the Bounty manager sent 4K $ACI only since the spreadsheet total shows different total tokens to be distributed because Twitter plus Reddit alone only shows a total of 4500 ACI tokens to be distribute.
I tried to see the group of bounty managers. they claim it's just a free gift for bounty participants. The final reward will be distributed in the next month or so after being registered with CMC.

Probably the bounty manager already aware that some bounty hunters already noticed the difference between the actual distribution amount to the budget allocation that he made.
