I wouldn't underestimate his understanding of the game and how he conveys his concept for a particular game to his team. He may not go crazy at the drawing board like Guardiola or Nagelsmann, but he has his own way to let the team know where some kind of mathematics kick in. He includes things like the opponents becoming tired, the few chances his team will get, the efficiency his team works with, etc. etc. Ancelotti is someone who has all the little aspects in his head and he knows when to intervene tactically and in how far he can let his team just do whatever the team thinks is right. That's a very interesting approach, but I think it is a good way to do his job. They are all professionals on the pitch and he always had a mix of experienced players and younger super talents exactly for the reason that experience will guide his talents and he is taking care of the mental state of his players. A legend!
His calmness and his way of being on the sidelines is very different from the two coaches you mentioned and Ancelotti prefers to pay attention to his attitude and calmness on the sidelines. Talking about his experience, he is one of the most successful coaches and it is difficult to be caught up by any coach now and his way of replacing players is always right and can really help the team out of pressure. It is difficult to find a coach who does not have many tactics and strategies but he understands the needs of the team and he always shows it.

The way he handles players can also be said to be quite harmonious and professional so that even though there are many stars in the team it does not affect the competition between them. Usually being a coach of a big club and having many stars will be difficult to manage but this does not apply to him.
