It listed the complainant's name alongside with other crucial info. And even without that thread, all FatFork [or whoever curious] need to do is click "show the last topics started by this person" button, and all those information are readily available. So... no, not necessarily a mental illness, I think the term "being meticulous" and "thorough" is more appropriate.
