How you can call something scam which not charge money infront ?

Scam on blocked account , which you cannot log in to ?   

As i say it  will be a legal process , with a claims with a lawyer and casino . It will be all documents resended to the customer during the process . So next time better focus scammers who selling accounts asking for money infront and so on ....
