This would actually depends on what coins/tokens you had bought on which it would really be that reflecting out whether your portfolio is composed of with those good established coins or its composed by meme coins?
We do know on which one would really be worth on holding for long term and which one wouldnt really be that good on doing so. For first half where this usually been talking about reaching new all time highs then pretty sure that you might be still that negative but somehow this wont really be that an issue if you are really just that have plans on holding it for long term.
