Lukaku has been moving on loan for a couple of years now, i hope he can finally be sold now and move away from Chelsea for good, all these different loan moves hasn't helped his career, though i know it is due to his transfer fee and salary/wages. If Napoli sell Osimhen, they will receive a lot of money from the transfer, so they should be able to use that and fund a transfer for Lukaku.

Lukaku's future is really unclear after Chelsea loaned him out and now his performance has declined if you look at his time with the Belgian national team.
Napoli is one of the clubs most interested in buying Lukaku, but they are still waiting for Osimhen.
The high salary means that many clubs are not interested in him and that will influence why until now he has not been officially sold.

Napoli want Lukaku's services and they know that his experience can help the front line become better.
Especially if Osimhen leaves this season and they have Lukaku as an ideal replacement in attack. Napoli is one of the clubs most interested in Lukaku and we hope they can take quick steps.
Looking at his work in the Italian Serie A, Lukaku still deserves to play there with Roma last season, he is still very ideal as a striker and now Napoli want his services to join Conte who has the status of head coach, especially since they have played well a moment of togetherness when defending Inter, and of course with Conte we certainly want to achieve that moment again.

Romelu really prioritizes Napoli but Napoli will only make an offer if Osimhen leaves the club, and now the offer for Osimhen is also open, but if Osimhen does not leave the club it is very likely that he will be sold to Saudi because Chelsea also does not need his services, of course this is it would be very unfortunate for him because there is no definite certainty between Napoli.
Conte personally wants to bring Lukaku to Napoli but it’ll only go as plan if they succeed in selling off Victor Osimhen. The challenge lies in the fees Napoli President is demanding from clubs. A lot of European clubs are on budget and I don’t think they’re looking to get him. Somehow I think it’ll be difficult to sell him this season.
A lot of damage has been done. He signed a contract extension with De Laurentis, then inserted an  expensive release clause of 130m euros. I expected Osimhen and his agent to learn from the Koulibaly saga.
Saudi clubs are the ones capable of getting him with that release clause, but unfortunately Osimhen wants to still  continue in Europe.
Who knows, maybe a deal can still go on between Chelsea and Napoli for Lukaku and Osimhen.
