I see sometimes such statements from cheaters. They try to attract players telling them that they such service only for serious gamblers/rich people/big investor/etc(depends on situation).
I don`t see any reason to believe the OP or ask him something in telegram. If he has some proves - he can post it, it he has nothing to interest members - i have nothing to ask him about.

It costs money to prove that the OP is a cheater. I don`t ready to spent my money in such a way. May be he is honest betting agent, but anyway this thread means that he has to prove his words. Today it is normally, that we can`t trust anybody unknown in the internet. Using cryptocurrencies and telegram don`t increase trust level.
