I am a little sad that Victor Osimhen is leaving Italy, I will miss his games too much. Being good and young obviously costs a lot and I don't think there are Italian teams willing to spend all this money.
Osimhen is a traditional striker and his playing style has no attraction or special attractive style. He is a good striker but it's only that, nothing more. Like Haaland, a traditional striker, with nothing special to enjoy like Ibrahimovic.
Perhaps Osimhen is going do some activities from his side or with backdoor negotiation and agreement with potential clubs in this summer. We saw some players did conflicting action against their clubs, to leave like Modric, Bale, Ronaldo, Neymar and it's no surprise if Osimhen is doing it now.
Not sure whether Victor Oshimen will really leave the Italian League because until now no club has made that deal
They are observing and waiting for right time to make their bid on Osimhen. They knew that the player no longer wants to stay with Napoli and will try his own ways to leave.
Even PSG, which has large finances and the strongest interest in replacing Mbappe, has not really signed Oshimen with his release clause, so I think Oshimen will still stay at Napoli this season.

Oshimen transferAfter spending a lot of money for star and super star players from transfers to salary, PSG since the last season shown that they're going to change in strategy. If these changes are not only one season, they will do more wise transfers and will not over spend money for Napoli and Osimhen.
