This statement of yours could be interpreted as, we won't ask you for KYC when you deposit or lose, but if you win a significant sum, we will try to use our terms against you. You are not a licensed casino, so there is no regulator that requires that you do KYC and AML checks. Your terms also don't mention any restricted countries and territories.
