Not sure whether Victor Oshimen will really leave the Italian League because until now no club has made that deal, indeed there are many rumors about Victor Oshimen with several clubs such as PSG, Arsenal, Chelsea and even Manchester United but no one dares to buy Oshimen at that price. Even Chelsea had agreed that they wanted to exchange 2 of their players for a certain amount of money but it had not yet been completed. It was clear that Napoli wanted big profits by selling their that star player.
Even PSG, which has large finances and the strongest interest in replacing Mbappe, has not really signed Oshimen with his release clause, so I think Oshimen will still stay at Napoli this season.

It's funny how up.till this time, there are still too many uncertainties and inconclusive deals around osimhens movement, at some point it's appearing like Napoli still gat some interest in him and are not willing to let go and so they are putting up such bid so if they eventually loose him they get to make huge profit but that away, I believe too many clubs are interested including the club of his choice of which he could have been signed up with them except for all these bitches around the deal to get him across moving from Napoli.
