Both transactions are invalid, meaning something is off with them and cannot be added to your account. I can remove them from pending status, but funds will not be put on your balance since the coins did not successfuly arrive on our wallet.

Your claim withdrawals has been suspended is simply not true. ALL your withdrawals has been processed - even funds made from faucet.
