I'm a bit worried because their signature campaign is on hold and I also saw that there are already negative feedbacks about the owner or the author of this thread and the former user who used to answer queries.

The only thing I wish for free bitcoin is to be present here or respond when someone is having issues…I never received a response from them here or from the support page of fbc
Many others have also said the same thing but it seems like there are not yet ready for that - because to them coming out to respond will just bring more complaints to their thread.
