Again, this will be to reply you in general as you keep making consecutive posts that'll be quite confusing to quote them all.
Regarding how they didn't wrote it on their terms, I'll invite you to check their ToS page, as it's actually been explained quite clear. A link to a blog page [of which they also pointed to you] which explain them in depth were also present on that ToS clause.
I can't be exactly sure about how it works, but I'll assume that the faucet serves as a way to entertain yourself risk-free while you wait for your deposit to be processed and that they won't mind if part of the withdrawal you made has some fund from faucet on it, for example, you claimed 100 USD worth of faucet, deposited 200 USD, wagered 300 USD in total and won 500 USD, and then withdraw them. What they don't allow is for a withdrawal that's entirely made of faucet, for example you claimed 2,000 USD worth of faucet and requested them for withdrawal.
[The blog even explained in a bit more detail that even depositing for the sake of meeting the minimum withdrawal requirement from the fund you earned from faucet is not allowed.]
Consider this like a bonus on other casinos. They'll require you to wager the sum of the bonus x-times before you can withdraw them. I believe [and again, I can't be exactly sure, I am only guessing here] that's how their faucet works.
As for feeling being not respected, I'll once again suggest you to move to other casino. It's the simplest solution.
