Here we go!

Modric has extended his contract by one more year with Real Madrid. He is the new captain from now on as well.

But in all those times, he proves me wrong. His energy never depletes which is impressive. I'm saying it again anyway. I think this is going to be his last year at Real Madrid for real. But he will add more to his memories with probably new trophies too.

He is one of the best midfielders in history in my opinion.
Congratulations to Modric for his new career as captain, I hope he can inspire his teammates and remain united and win many more things.
I am truly always happy to see Real Madrid play, a team that practically never loses momentum even over time.
You have to look inwards to understand why Real Madrid's decision to extend the contract of Luka Modric to one more season despite his current age. For a player of his age and the number of trophies he's been able to deliver for the club, I don't think they're expecting much again from him in tbe field of play but to help groom the young players in the team on how to become the best versions of themselves with his wealth of experience. Real Madrid's president I think is one of the best in the world when it comes to club management and he's made another great decision with the extension of Luka Modric's contract. Congratulations to the Croat and the European and Spanish champions for such a good deal. Hopefully, Luka Modric will retire from football after the end of next season.
