now i sent in passport bank statements bank letter thats even adreesed to bcgames in the letter and they still wont approve my kyc or release my fund avoid this casino at all ccost!
What are the support's response/reason after they rejected your KYC info? I bet there's specific reason why, e.g. blurred (not clear) captured image, expired, non-accepted kind of ID, etc. Also, what country are you from, make sure you are not from banned countries. Have you successfully withdraw before?

All kyc info was clear and accurate bank wrote a letter for them personally with adress included no exscuse for them to not kyc
