This is a very good deal for Benfica.

Though the real issue these days is that players' prices are inflated anyway. It means if you sell a player for 100 million, it doesn't mean you can instantly buy one of the best players in the world with those 100 million. Availability is an issue and competition in the market is an issue. As soon as it becomes known that one club is willing to pay 100 million, several other clubs will most likely join the party and look closer at that player. The whole market is inflated and that is why these big sums at first look enticing, but whether you can really solve problems with that money down the road is another question.
