There is no good evidence of your claims, can you screen shot your chats with their customer's service so that we can understand better. Also I believe that BC.games have an ANN thread where you can also lay your complain there. Did they tell you any reason for not approving your KYC verification?.

A lot of people on this forum make threads like this to try and force the casino to do what they want in order to avoid a headache. With 0 evidence provided of any kind, logical people can only assume that’s what is happening here.
