After looking at the current person of Victor osimhen last season and the position that his club finished last season, I don't think Napoli still remember how good Victor osimhen was last two season when they won the league after a long time. The Napoli team is actually trying to sell him to make some cool profit since the current manager of the team is eyeing Lukaku as the replacement and a lot of news of Victor osimhen leaving the Napoli club to a new club has surfaced but the deal has not been concluded as to the club that he's going next season but I don't the the Napoli team will likely keep him when he is not sure of starting in the team when they Play.

I think the major issue even is not about Napoli wanting to selling him as I believe victor is actually with the one of the intentions to actually leave the club because I believe Napoli values and knows his worth, I mean the guy literally helped them to a victory they haven't dreamed of winning the series A for a very long time. I think osimien has now even agreed with the signing at PSG.
Both parties want to separate, Osimhen wants to leave Napoli and Napoli themselves want to sell him. The problem is that Napoli want to make a big profit from the sale of Osimhen, so they are making the transfer difficult because they haven't gotten the price they want. If they continue to hold him like this, it will also be a risk for them, because time is running out towards the close of the transfer window. If they don't get the desired price, then Osimhen will remain at Napoli.
It would be good luck if Osimhen's performance improves, so in the next transfer market his price will likely rise again. However, if Osimhen's performance declines again, then their price will drop again. This is a dilemma for Napoli, they have to be quick in making decisions lest they regret more in the end. Like last season, they could get bigger profits, but they prefer to maintain them.
