copyright laws dance a different dance in these lands...
Not all scammers are smart and careful with their activities and they usually leave traces on the Internet. But we don't need to be careless, lose money and have to spend our time to trace scammers. It's stupid from our side and prevention is better as it helps us to secure our money, save our valuable time for more important things.
