You are correct that is why are responsible gambler should sets a limits to how they gamble especially on the games that seems to be too attractive to them, most times when the budgeted fund is exhausted then you see most of them regretting after having come to their normal senses and of course there are people whom their thinking and mindsets are being carried away by fun of the game and wouldn't know when time could ran against them.
