Hello i am currently living in Ukraine, after winning some bets i got a notification from BC GAME to complete advanced KYC. I tried 1 time with my national passport, in Ukraine we have a book format of passport. After submitting everything i got a notification that my KYC is failed for not even mentioning a reason. I opened a chat with support and they reseted my KYC and i tried again. Second attempt was with my foreign passport and again i failed. Is it a way that can help me to finish KYC process ?

Have you asked the CS if your country is allowed to use their platform? During registration, were you told that KYC is mandatory to withdraw funds? If the answer to this is yes, then you would have completed the KYC before making deposit into the platform. That casino is big so they should have a clear TOS that outlined the procedure for KYC and all necessary details to avoid a situation like this. I still feel there is something you did not do correctly.
