I also have this fear that PSG's experience might happen in Real Madrid. There were a lot of disagreements when Lionel Messi, Neymar, Angel Di Maria, and Kylian Mbappé were in PSG. Each of these players was targeting to win the Ballon d'Or and this caused some friction. Real Madrid is currently having some of the best players in the world and most of them are potential Ballon d'Or winners. Except Carlo Ancelotti manages these superstars well, we might see the same problem that PSG faced.
In that you are right, I believe that the "Mister" has to know how to Manage these types of things that are the problems that can be Carried because most of them are pure stars and it is obvious that everyone wants the best for themselves , they want to Win and be the best , that they can be looking for the Golden ball, well yes ,it is a fact, I believe that Mbappé is Going to leave with Everything and many Players like Bellingham and Rodrigo , but this is an award that for me is very Manipulated , I think that Even so whatever happens it is possible that Messi will win it again, only because FIFA is not a totally Transparent Organization for me, FIFA's Favorites are those who Kneel at its Feet.
Some of the concerns that are currently a big question are whether Mbappe will remain as egotistical as at PSG or now he has to lower his ego because Real Madrid is not the same as PSG. In essence depending on Mbappe adaptation process, we have Vini, Rodrygo and Bellingham, all of whom are the best players and potential future players who will get the Ballon d'Or. In this case, Ancelotti has quite a tough task as well as a challenge to be able to reduce friction between his players. Every player has ambition and that is normal. Therefore I hope Mbappe does not take steps similar to what he did at PSG.
