Still out of breath from setting a new single set high for myself. Yesterday, I didn’t do any additional weights or exercising other than my 100 push-ups. I also am getting a late start today. That combination has me feeling pretty good when I was around 30 push-ups into my set so I decided to go for it. I gassed out at 70. Still a ways away from 100, but it feels good to be making continued progress towards my goal.
