Playing for PSG means Osimhen can play in Champions League and win trophies because PSG is top team in France. Napoli has good coach but team is not as strong as other top Italian teams. If Osimhen stays at Napoli he might not get to play at highest level or win big titles. I think he should take this chance and move to PSG.
