I'm sure you could sell it, you just have to list it on their marketplace below the floor price for similar tiles.
Nobody wants to buy my LAND even for half the original price.
Then make the price lower, its probably an uncompetitive listing.

Just a clone of Sandbox (which was founded earlier, in 2011)
Its way different. Decentraland is a single map whereas Sandbox is a bunch of different maps. The textures of Sandbox are far more crude and uncompelling and the object rendering is much more constricted than Decentraland. I agree the userbase for either is sorely lacking and underwhelming. That's why I'm not invested in either.
I've already given up on metaverses. I don't believe these beautiful fairy tales anymore.
I've come to the conclusion that all these metaverses are a waste of time.
Why bother to write a hit piece thread of it though?
