I that's the actual screenshot of your Bitcoin Core node, then you're already running a node.
If you're willing to help even more, you may keep your node online as much as possible.
And not only that, your network connection icon shows full black dots which indicates that it's well-connected to the network.
If you can see hundreds of inbound connections in your peers list and you haven't set any bandwidth limiting config, then your node is contributing more than a usual Bitcoin Node.
But that doesn't mean that other "
limited" nodes aren't contributing.
