I agree Osimhen should join PSG because it is great chance for him to improve his career. PSG needs good striker like Osimhen now that Mbappe is leaving. Playing for PSG means Osimhen can play in Champions League and win trophies because PSG is top team in France. Napoli has good coach but team is not as strong as other top Italian teams. If Osimhen stays at Napoli he might not get to play at highest level or win big titles. I think he should take this chance and move to PSG.
I also think he will end up at PSG, only PSG has money to throw away and doesn't care if the price is too high for the market value. Arabs have money and they spend it.
Not always good, you see the Saudi league seems like a total failure, obviously costing a lot of money.
