I received some Gox btc, but is a fraction of how I had calculated it years ago. Everything on gox was BTC, I calculated I should receive 20% of that (I did not) I know that Kracken support (probably) has nothing to do with this, so I will not try there.

I have saved the 90 Gox emails I have received over the last 10 years. I have my login/pw for claims.mtgox.com  But it seems that it is down for maintenance. I can log into material.mtgox.com, but it is mostly documents from the past.
