I'm not really sure with the point of your statement. Sure, Real Madrid looks stronger than Barcelona. However, I can't agree that Real Madrid is on another level compared to Barcelona. Even if Real Madrid could win against Barcelona in the last few El Clasico matches, it was never easy matches for Real Madrid. Barcelona still has good players in their squad although they are no longer as strong as Barcelona squad in the past.

Barcelona has made some efforts to change the situation. They changed the coach, they sold La Liga TV rights, and they sold some players. However, it is not enough to deal with the financial problems. I think Barcelona needs to change the owner, it is like Man City ever did in the past. A new owner from Saudi may have huge funds to fix Barcelona problem on financial strength. This is the only way for Barcelona to provide enough money to buy new players and rebuild their current squad.

There is currently a very big gap between Madrid and Barcelona, because in the last few matches between Barcelona vs Madrid, it is very visible that currently Madrid is too dominant over Barcelona and that is not something we have seen before, I don't want to say if Barcelona is not still ableto compete in La Liga, but in my opinion without being able to overcome Madrid of course it will be difficult for Barcelona to regain control of La Liga like before, El Classico previously continued to be the match most awaited by many football fans and even previously the El Classico match was the second most exciting match after the Champions League final match, but after the gap between Barcelona and Madrid has been going on for so long, it has directly reduced many people interest in seeing the Classico because of Madrid has dominance over Barcelona so far .

If Barcelona sells another 25% of the broadcasting rights then they will only be left with 60% of the broadcasting rights and like a savings won't the broadcasting rights also run out if they continue to be taken and I think at this time they should be able to find a better solution rather than having to keep selling broadcast rights little by little.
