And, by the way, yesterday when I was able to do 10 pushup sets in a day, I am still quite impressed with myself in regards to my average of 53 pushups per set, and sure I will admit that I was somewhat focused upon quantity over quality, but there still is no way that I can deny myself that there are a lot of improvements in my abilities to do pushups, including even being able to do a whole 10 pushup sets in a day.. so I am exceeding my own expectations and even setting higher goals, while at the same time realizing that I can ONLY do so much when it comes to overall physical exertions, so I still have to pace myself and also try to make sure that I am not over doing it in terms of how much time and effort and energies that I am choosing to spend on pushups versus other activities.. or other ways of spending my time and my focus.

This sounds totally challenging in my case, ever since I read this, I was just wondering how I can give it a try.. Hitting 10 sets in a day! Well right now, I can only be able to do that if I from the beginning decides the number per set say between 10-20. Any thing more than than seems to appear as mission impossible. Like doing as much as possible per set, 6 sets might even be overemphasized (talking about me).. It will still wear the same suit even if I go for quantity over quality.
As for higher goals, I believe it remains personal, but that doesn't undermine the boast one gets from others doing the same thing (receiving energy from other people's vibes) Like my decision to do as many as possible in every of my first set (was driven from this thread) I don't remember this all the time anyways but some times its based on the state of being (emotions, health etc).
Just like deciding to spread my pushup all through the day also came up here (choose morning and evening) I couldn't even keep up.

Well this morning I did as much as I could in the first set and I got 50 push ups. Just waiting for evening to see how many sets will take me to 100k. Then my report.

Talking about quality and quantity I think it's based on what you want to achieve that is to say that if you want to have a huge number of push-up ( quantity) I guess you won't be doing it properly as you ought to do it and I think one of it advantage is that you don't easily get tired because you are not doing it correctly and one of the disadvantage is that your muscles won't increase that much because the muscle won't be properly displace and sometimes it can make one have funny shape but if you want your body to have a good shape you should engage yourself in quality push-up though it can be very stressful and being stressful is the reason why it will show very well on your body, so I want to believe everyone knows what they want but for me I prefer quality push-up.
