You would have to agree here, by creating this
CSFBC account, the freebitco.in team have not really done anything of relevance to mend the relationship between the company and the forum members.
If you claim you are assisting using messages and emails then there is no reason to doubt it and the same applies to the transitional period of customer services being handed over. Having said that you should consider being proactive here as showing more of a presence with measured posts to reassure members in this thread could be what is needed to repair the damage.
