Scam and fake tokens that borrow names of big company brands will not stop to appear except if government launch new Act on cryptocurrency that can give more rights and straightforward ways for companies to sue scammers behind these scam and fake projects.
I think it's not necessary anymore as it still belongs to the "scam" group, which is illegal and the people behind it should be liable to face criminal charges. That's why investing in crypto is considered risky because of these scams. However, nowadays, people are more educated and mature, so they won't fall for these scams easily. Only those who do not do their own research before investing will fall for this kind of scam.
Unfortunately its hard to sue those people create those fake project that's why usually the legitimate site just pass with it then warn people regarding on those fake token circulating and using their site name. But in the case of Roobet don't know if this issue has reach to their team already since their forum representative is not active here anymore and provably that they didn't see the discussions made by people regarding on that fake token released by someone else.
Also yeah they can't pull that scam easily since thanks to this forum it made people became more knowledgeable about those kinds of scam those criminals made.
