I think Hansi Flick has made a good decision by choosing to develop young players. It won't be instant and will be a process over several seasons but I think the results will be worth it. Barcelona has many world-class young players. They have Yamal, Gavi and Pedri who have a winning mentality. Barcelona is also trying to recruit Nico Williams and Olmo. If successful, it will make their squad worthy of competing with Real Madrid this season.
Barcelona have world class players, no doubt about that but they have failed to make good use of them. I'm talking about the club's board and ex managers that have appointed and sacked base on their poor records. Barcelona have every tendency to rise again because they're in debts. Hansi Flick is the best man for the managerial job in Camp Nou. It's been such a terrible and rough season for Blaugrana, they've stick to struggling to win matches.
Facing the new boys in Barcelona, such a fantastic performance portrayed by them and it's just a matter of time before they enter limelight in football, perhaps most of them have started to shine but due to severe hurdles on their path, they're sideline for longterm injuries sustained. Lamine Yamal is the best young player in the Euros and also an important wonder kid for Barcelona.
