I don encourage people to stay away from future trading. If you don’t really understand what it’s all about and how it works, it’s very easy to lose money in future trading. I had some bitter experience with future trading when I started trading, and I lost some money. The funniest part is that I was already getting addicted to future trading. I was losing in future trading, but I was finding it difficult to stop trading. Any money I have, I deposit and trade with it. After trading, I will lose everything again. I got to a level at which I had to force myself to stop trading, and since then, I don’t go close to future trading.
Everyone have their choice of what they want to do exactly, if you have an understanding about futures then go ahead, similar action with futures it is either you understand it or not you losing money is a constant k so the moment you choose futures over spot you should have gotten a highlight of what it will feel like and you should be ready to lose because when you short and the market goes long then it’s a loss, that is exactly the sample way it works and you will not always get luck because even when you do stop loss and take profits sometimes you might even be tempted to increase your leverage. Then talk of other people that do revenge trading, all this shows how risky futures can be, if you have the mind to do futures it is best you don’t even go into it their is profit their but not everyone have that mindset to start and continue in futures because when you lose money in futures their is no way you can get your liquidated money back.
