This has been escalated internally and is currently under review.

It's evident you aren't being able to meet the demands of your userbase. The bugs and errors in your website should have already been fixed in a much inferior period of time. The fact it's taking so long, and that you keep posting meaningless messages here just arises more concerns...
Why is the technical team taking months to solve issues which should have been fixed in a day or so, considering the magnitude of freebitco.in on the internet? At the current stage, to say you hope it's going to be resolved soon as possible, or that you are going to improve something in the platform don't mean anything anymore... The stage of the promises is gone, as none of them were executed.
To be transparent should be the first measure to be taken by you. To explain why it's taking so long to solve minor technical issues, to explain why the previous manager disappeared from this thread and forum...
