Manchester City, Real Madrid are strong and I agree to put them on top of list of potential winners next season but I disagree with your choices on Liverpool, Arsenal and Barcelona. They are good teams but not on top bars and possibly won't be able to go too far and win Champions League trophy.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich has not been able to confirm the squad that will be overhauled so it is still too early for Kompany to win the UCL trophy.
Bayern Munich is what you are missing, in my opinion, they deserve to be put on top after Manchester City and Real Madrid. I consider these clubs as three best candidates for the title.
Leverkusen certainly has many people who have made this club a new favorite, with an impressive one season performance but personally I still don't expect much from Xabi Alonso first season in the UCL
After one great successful season, Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso will face with a not easy next season when many teams already spent some months in the summer to analyze their tactics, strength and weakness, then can deal with Leverkusen better. And Champions League is simply at much higher quality bar than Europa League.
PSG after Mbappe departure this club's goal collection will drop drastically and have an impact on performance team as a whole so there is no guarantee that PSG can advance further, even the semifinals will be too difficult.
Losing Mbappe will affect PSG a lot in attacks and it's interesting to see how they can adapt to this big change. It's hard for them to go far, not yet to win the trophy which they failed in many past seasons with many star players.

Barcelona won't be able to win Champions League and if they continue to bet with money, loans to buy star players and hope that they will win La Liga especially Champions League titles to cover big budget spent, they will have troubles in finance if at the end of next season, they won't have any title.
