Well it's not a "big" win relatively because I put in 100k and tried to withdraw 130k so that's relatively 30%? Not sure though. But this is within what I usually play at.
Appreciate the message to Razer! And I hope it's just the same as last time I posted where they had a provider take 10-ish days to get back. It's just that the wait is agonizing so I appreciate the help!

It's one of their provider's procedure to run an investigation upon big win to be sure that there is no foul play. And the length of the investigation [as it's made by their provider and not Rollbit themselves] is unknown to rollbit. There is not much Razer or any staff of Rollbit can do to expedite it.
However, you can rest assured that if you win honestly, it'll be released soon after the investigation finished.
