The lower risk percentage makes Bitcoin a good choice for long-term investment. It cannot be denied that everyone who understands this will of course choose Bitcoin.
However, that doesn't mean that Altcoins are a bad choice, there are times when Altcoins can produce much bigger profits, but again, as I said earlier, everything depends on the risk and what you need to know is that every possible profit will be worth it with all the risks involved faced.
Alternate cryptocurrency is a good investment but it must be in a reportable coins otherwise any shitcoin that doesn't possess the quality of can be easily a waste of investment such as newly listed tokens in the market, that is why many people prefer using their hard earned money to invest into bitcoin to secure their investment. We know that bitcoin is volatile but the volatility of altcoin can't be compared with bitcoin hence is possible of losing its value at any given time and anymore moments.
Would agree with you if other coins were guaranteed to recover like bitcoin. From this point of view, all coins except Bitcoin fail. I would vote for it as it is not recommended to invest in alternative cryptocurrencies (Shitcoin or other cryptos) in such a situation. If one wants to invest in alternative cryptos he can do it from his personal advice, in case he suffers loss then he will be responsible for his own loss, no second party will be held responsible here. If you advise someone to invest in alternative cryptos, you will be responsible for their profits and losses. Even if you make a profit, you will bear the liability, even if you lose, you will bear the liability. I think no one would ever want to cause harm to anyone.
Investing in Shitcoins or alternative cryptos I see as gambling and I do not support gambling at all. Because, there is no guarantee of profit in short term or long term investment in these coins. Sometimes you will gain a lot and sometimes you will lose everything.
Bitcoin can guarantee you this. Bitcoin may not make you much profit in long term investment, but you are guaranteed to be profitable. No matter how you invest in Bitcoin, if you hold for the long term, you are guaranteed to make a profit. As a strategy, I prefer the DCA approach, as it always offers buying opportunities. I would advise everyone to move away from short-term investing and start profiting through long-term bitcoin investing.
