Attention, potential scamming intention from this casino, yesterday i had 1300 in my balance and 450 in unsettled bets, today after i logged in my balance is 350 and bet history is empty. Support trying to say me i got some rollbacks, but it doesent makes any sense. To make the scam less obvious they just deleted all history so i couldnt prove anything.

https://imgur.com/a/Gqejfaynot sure what's the reason for the rollback and I understand the frustration you are feeling but they said that "the update process could take 1 to 24 hours", maybe try and have a bit of patience? perhaps after 24 hours, they have answers as to what was the reason for the rollback or they will reinstate the balance that was removed from your account.
